Phil Weaver-Stoesz Back to all faculty
Phil Weaver-Stoesz is a queer Mennonite facilitator, educator and creator. He believes in the power of imagination and followership. He has been facilitating and teaching the Critical Response Process (CRP) for 4 years and recently earned his certification. He first facilitated CRP at MICHA as part of the teacher training class in 2018. Phil's current creative projects include a letter-writing project about masculinity, an interview project about coming-of-age moments, and developing an interdisciplinary online class that teaches collaboration through crisis. Since the pandemic he's been practicing drawing, deepening his anti-racist actions, and making far too much pasta.
